Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Business Analyst II in West Point, PA for a long‑term hybrid role. The candidate will develop expense models, analyze cost drivers, and deliver clear data‑driven insights, using advanced Excel, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Scientific discipline, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in financial analysis, business analytics, supply chain analytics, or related analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and high-volume data analysis.
Experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data connections.

Responsibilities

Support GCS financial processes, expense modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Analyze cost drivers, trends, and key variables to improve financial models.
Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions with automation and data connections.
Collaborate with pillar leads, suppliers, and stakeholders to align deliverables.
Support process improvements and what‑if scenario planning for expense management.
Execute tactical and analytical work independently.
