Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in analytics/reporting and forecasting in a contact center or similar environment.
• Experience with analytics/reporting, forecasting, scheduling and real-time management; leadership-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, enhances, and administers reporting capabilities for Customer Operations and Programs (SAP, BW).
• Acts as analytics and reporting SME; supports projects, data requests, and leadership presentations.
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develops data management, visualization, and KPI reporting; supports regulatory goals.
