ESS Metron is seeking an Expeditor across three levels to optimize material flow on the factory floor. You will coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

This role emphasizes safety, organization, and clear cross‑department communication. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–5+ years in expediting or related roles, with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in expediting, material handling, or coordinator roles preferred across multiple levels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor) and MS Office is expected.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expeditor I: organize materials to production areas and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Expeditor II: coordinate material flow between departments and prepare documentation.
• Expeditor III: manage priorities, implement material control plans, and mentor others.
• Communicate material status and potential shortages to leads and managers.
