Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in expediting, purchasing support, or supply chain coordination.
Experience working in an ERP/MRP system (Infor Syteline experience preferred).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in electronics or contract manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
Review material requirements and MRP exception messages.
Track open purchase orders and confirm vendor delivery commitments.
Proactively follow up on late or at-risk materials.
Update ERP records to ensure accurate promise dates and material status.
Provide regular material status updates to Program Managers.
