Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret spreadsheets, reports, and terminal screens
• Proficient in written and oral business communications
• Clear enunciation of English and courteous phone manner

Responsibilities

• Expedites delivery of electronic components within established guidelines and processes
• Contacts vendors via e-mail, phone, and online portals
• Reviews reports, analyzes data, and develops solutions to expedite product delivery
• Communicates with vendors for availability and delivery schedule
• Coordinates with Mouser teams to relay delivery needs and information
• Supports total quality process and maintains customer-service orientation
• Represents Mouser Electronics in dealings with vendors
• Maintains reliable attendance as an essential job function
