• Uses resources to provide customers the best component selection and offers related items with product support.
• Teaches customers how to navigate the Mouser website to find information easily.
• Communicates requirements with customers, suppliers, and Mouser departments.
• Attends supplier trainings and company meetings.
• Supports Local Customer Service and other teams when needed.
• Maintains professional conduct and represents the company.
• Maintains phone and chat coverage and regular attendance.
• Able and willing to travel to supplier training seminars and represent Mouser at trade shows.
• Other duties as assigned.
