Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Transporter I for the Food & Beverage team. The role supports receiving, stock control, and inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment at Crystal Mountain, WA.

This housing-eligible, seasonal position pays $22–$24 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Food & Beverage, a valid driver’s license, and a Washington State Food Handlers card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• Must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers card.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and maneuver up to 160 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, unloads, shelves, packs, labels, and delivers items.
• Maintains a perpetual inventory of forms, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
• Rotates stock and manages surpluses using FIFO.
• Coordinates transfers of stock between base area F&B venues.
• Ensures proper delivery techniques by cross referencing orders.
• Keeps a clean, safe work environment and adheres to safety policies.
• Completes special projects for Purchasing and Receiving Manager and Culinary leaders.
