Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks (chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage procedures.
