Job summary

Banners Kitchen & Tap in Boston, MA is hiring a part-time Expeditor to quickly respond to dining room needs and expedite food from kitchen to guests. You will receive food tickets, sort orders by station, and notify servers when dishes are ready.

This tipped role requires at least 1 year of experience as a Runner or Busser, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication skills. You may assist with opening, mid, and closing duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift briefing and note scheduling, organization, and notes.
• Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and delivery.
• Complete table-side service when required, including taking orders and delivering menus.
• Assist captains and back servers with course presentation and menu explanations.
