Texas Roadhouse is looking for an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a strong sense of quality food standards.

Responsibilities of an Expeditor:

• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes.
• Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
• Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
• Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibit teamwork.
