Position: Expeditor

Texas Roadhouse is looking for an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food. If you are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures are followed
2. Maintain cleanliness of the station throughout the shift
3. Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes
4. Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy
5. Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs effectively
6. Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation
7. Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
8. Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
9. Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
