Position: Expeditor

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food presentation.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the station throughout the shift.
3. Understand and execute prep sheets and recipes correctly.
4. Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
5. Monitor product levels and communicate needs during the shift.
6. Follow FIFO standards and understand product rotation.
7. Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift.
8. Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
9. Demonstrate teamwork with colleagues.
