Job summary

Terranea is seeking a Utility Person to be an integral part of our restaurant team in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Your role will involve assisting the serving staff to ensure prompt service and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, patio, and bar areas throughout serving hours.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Food Handler’s Card, have a high school diploma and be energetic and enthusiastic about creating exceptional guest experiences. Compensation starts at $17.59 per hour, with additional benefits including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

• Must prioritize and organize work assignments effectively.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Interact positively with associates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support serving staff and ensure prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant areas.
• Assist Chef with food expediting tasks.
• Deliver and serve food to guests.
• Complete closing duties and restock items.
