Job summary

Medline is seeking a warehouse associate to pull, stage, process, and ship expedited shipments from the B18 Cross Dock. You will support receiving dock load creation and use SAP to manage stock transfer and sales orders.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to escalate issues to prevent disruptions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, with OT flexibility and the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year prior work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and expedite list daily to identify priority shipments.
• Pull, stage, process, and ship expedited shipments accurately and on time.
• Use SAP to create stock transfer orders and sales orders.
• Create loads for receiving for inbound containers and LTL shipments.
• Answer calls from outside carriers and enter appointments into SAP.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and issue resolution.
• Elevate non-standard or impacted issues to prevent service disruptions.
