Aston Carter is hiring several Expedited Logistics Coordinators in Belleville, MI to join a fast-paced transportation and supply chain operation. This contract-to-hire role offers full-time schedules with multiple shifts and a hybrid workplace.

The role focuses on expediting shipments, coordinating with customers, carriers and internal teams, tracking status, resolving delays, and entering data into internal systems.

Expedited Logistics Coordinator

Location: Belleville, MI

Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

We’re hiring several Expedited Logistics Coordinators to join a fast-paced transportation and supply chain operation in Belleville, MI.

No previous logistics experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely interested in breaking into the supply chain/logistics industry. Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, dispatch, or other high-volume environments are encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts

Sunday - Thursday

• 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Tuesday - Saturday

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Shift Premiums

In addition to your regular hourly rate, employees are eligible for:

• +$1.75/hour for any hours worked between 3:30 PM and 7:30 AM
• +$1.75/hour for any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday
• Premiums can stack, meaning qualifying weekend hours worked between 3:30 PM and 7:30 AM can earn an additional $3.50/hour on top of the regular hourly rate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
