Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee all on-site academic and simulator training activities at the assigned training site for USAF contracts.

You will lead contract instructors, support personnel, and operations staff, ensuring compliance, safety, and training throughput. You will coordinate scheduling, manage AS9100D quality assurance, and serve as the primary CAE liaison with the government Program Office, ensuring contract requirements are met and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Min four years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• Total flying experience of eight years, including five years of military experience.
• At least two years of flight instructor and training management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors and support personnel involved in ATDs and aircrew training.
• Act as liaison between government Program Office/PO/QAR and the CAE Program Manager.
• Represent CAE as site contract representative for USAF customers.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements, policies, and standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and strong communication with customers.
