Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee all academic and simulator training at the assigned CAE site. You will lead contract instructors, support staff, and operations to maintain ATDs and deliver aircrew instruction, while ensuring safety, compliance, and effective training throughput.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage QA programs, and represent CAE in day-to-day base and community interactions with the USAF customer, ensuring contract adherence and high readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years flight operations or training management experience.
• 8+ years total flying experience, including 5 years military.
• At least 2 years flight instructor and training management experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for this DoD contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise instructors and support staff.
• Liaise with government PO/QA Representative and CAE PM.
• Serve as site contract representative with USAF customers.
• Ensure contract compliance, policies and standards.
• Manage training schedules and resources.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
