Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or closely related field.
• Requires four (4) years overseeing contracts in architecture, engineering, or construction management with design/construction projects.
• Licenses/certifications listed: PE, GC, PMP/CPM, MOT, inspector certs; GIS/AutoCAD/REVIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scoping, permitting, and expeditious execution of construction and design contract documents.
• Manage, mentor, and advise project managers; administer regional capital program budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates, agendas, and award of contracts; secure prerequisites for Purchase Orders.
• Review pay applications, change orders, and construction schedules; supervise staff workload.
