Job summary

Delta Tau Delta Fraternity in Fishers, Indiana seeks a Leadership Consultant to support chapters nationwide in operations, finance, recruitment, programing, and risk management, and to assist with expansion projects and colonies. You will travel extensively, lead officer trainings, mentor chapter leaders, and represent the Fraternity at conferences.

A bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license are required, with on-site training at the Central Office and frequent collaboration with campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and knowledge of fraternity life and chapter operations.
• Travel approximately 85 percent of the time (approximately nine months) through the contiguous United States.
• Attend a six to eight-week training period in Fishers, Ind. at the Delta Tau Delta Central Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ten to fifteen chapters or colonies and maintain communication with chapter officers, alumni volunteers, and division officers.
• Monitor chapter financial condition by evaluating the weekly aging report.
• Coach chapter leadership on officer transition and recruitment goals.
• Assist chapters in executing expansion projects and developing colonies; lead on-site visits.
