Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi’s Executive Office in Atlanta seeks an Extension Coordinator to advance the sorority’s growth through new chapter development on college campuses. This full-time, exempt contract position runs 1–2 years and focuses on building strong chapter foundations and recruitment plans.

You will cultivate relationships with campus stakeholders, coordinate on‑campus events, guide chapter leadership, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to set goals and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Alpha Delta Pi membership required.
• Experience in project management or customer service.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategy on an assigned campus to establish a new chapter.
• Support recruitment and chapter development efforts.
• Build relationships with campus stakeholders and volunteers.
• Plan on-campus events and leadership programming for new chapters.
• Coordinate travel for conventions and leadership meetings.
