Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Expansion Sales Account Executive to drive expansion revenue by engaging customers through inbound and outbound outreach. You will conduct a structured, multi-touch cadence to secure quality connects and generate incremental ARR growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include about 60 dial attempts daily, 6 consultative calls, personalized follow-ups, and updating Salesforce. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales or account management focused on expansion.
• Proven success in a high-velocity sales environment with multiple interactions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work.

Responsibilities

• Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence (calls + emails) to connect with customers.
• Fast responsiveness to inbound opportunities with smart outbound prospecting.
• Conduct a minimum of 6 consultative calls each day.
• Update Salesforce with detailed notes and track opportunities.
• Participate in daily huddles with your PE to review priorities.
