Job summary

BAC is seeking an Expander Operator to join the coil manufacturing team. You will follow standard work to assemble a wide variety of coil units, safely and with quality, while adapting to department needs as volume dictates.

You will read blueprints, measure with calipers, perform basic math, and meet daily production goals. Safety, 5S practices, and teamwork are emphasized as you grow toward world-class mechanical skills within the plant.

Qualifications

• Entry level / 3-6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints).
• Familiarity with measurement equipment like calipers and basic math skills.
• Commitment to safety, PPE usage, and following standard work procedures.
