Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Advanced Coil Machine Setup Operator on the 2nd shift to assemble parts to specifications and independently set up and operate fin, expander, and hairpin tubing presses.

Responsibilities include handling materials, reading OMS, setting up presses, and maintaining equipment. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating machines/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials to and from workstation
• Read and interpret Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press independently
• Prepare workstation and equipment for production
• Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance
• Maintain quality standards and perform first and last piece inspections
• Report material shortages and maintain organized workstation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
