Job summary

Childrens Home Society of Florida (CHS) in Pensacola is seeking an Expanded Learning Coordinator to support Bellview Middle School’s extended learning and enrichment programs. This on-site, full-time role coordinates before-, during-, and after-school activities, and helps deliver high-quality programming for students and families.

Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance, transportation support, volunteer recruitment, partnerships with community organizations, and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree strongly preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services.
• Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire and daily access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate before-, during-, and after-school programs.
• Oversee academic, cultural and recreational programming.
• Maintain sign-in logs and participant files with required paperwork.
• Oversee facility management including safety and transportation.
• May transport students or arrange transportation.
• Maintain feeding/snack program distribution and records.
• Submit attendance, snack counts and reports on time.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and school staff.
• Coordinate evaluation including surveys of students, parents and staff.
• Facilitate regular after-school meetings and professional development.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers for after-school programming.
