Job summary

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools seeks an Expanded Impact Teacher 2 (EIT2) to join a collaborative team and extend instructional reach in alignment with student outcomes in the School Improvement Plan.

The EIT2 will plan, prepare, and deliver instruction, monitor progress, and adjust strategies with a Multi-Classroom Leader and school staff to ensure high learning growth for every child, while upholding Board policies and working under the principal's direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License required.
• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instruction and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to review progress and adjust instruction.
• Lead and participate in school initiatives and professional development.
