Imagen Dental Partners LLC in Union, Kentucky is seeking an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant or experienced dental assistant to join a privately owned practice focused on patient-first care.

We offer compensation starting at $30 per hour, PTO and holidays, medical/vision/life insurance and disability plans, a 401(k) plan with match, wellness programs, and perks for you and your family—including your pets. Four-day work weeks with no weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant.
• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Experience with radiography and IV sedation is a plus.

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: OFF


• Tuesday: 8:00 am- 6:00 pm.


• Wednesday: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.


• Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm.


• Friday: 7:00am- 2:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.

Qualifications

• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, Preferred


• 2+ years experience as a Dental Assistant


• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with IV Sedation, preferred


• Experience with Cerec, preferred


• Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is required
