Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-04.
• Education: Completed a full 4-year course of study in dental assistant or dental hygiene program including at least 24 semester hours in radiation physics and related courses.
• Combination of Education and Experience: Meets 100% of qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Restores teeth after preparation.
• Provide chairside assisting and anticipate dentist's needs for instruments and materials.
• Performs intra-oral procedures and radiology; sealants, crowns, and temporary restorations.
• Receive and prepare patients; maintain treatment records and appointments.
