Solution One seeks a Shelf-Life Lead for a client site in Williamsburg, VA. The role supports Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command’s EXMED mission, handling receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory using DMLSS/HIMS systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or medical supply, and must lift 40+ pounds, wear PPE, and operate forklifts or related equipment as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate personal protective equipment (PPE) in daily duties.
• Experience using DMLSS or other Medical Materiel Information System.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials.
• Perform inventory control and stock adjustments.
• Document transactions and ensure accuracy in records.
• Ensure compliance with DoD publications and SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
