Solution One Industries in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Shelf-Life Lead to support Navy Medical Readiness missions at the client site. You will manage warehouse tasks from receiving to packing and inventory using DMLSS/HIMS systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in logistics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; accurate documentation and PPE use are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to understand, read, and write in English.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in using DMLSS, HIMS, or other authorized database for routine processes.
• Perform warehouse logistics duties: receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing, and inventory.
• Perform inventory control and documentation of supply stock using the military database(s).
• Handle stock adjustments and support disposal processes for excess or unserviceable material.
• Conduct quality checks on transaction records and maintain proper documentation.
