Job summary

PRIDE Industries in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Medical Material Specialist I to support Navy EXMED logistics. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and inventory using DMLSS/HIMS, ensuring accurate TOA/AMAL records and compliance with DoD standards.

This non-exempt role requires at least 5 years in logistics or medical warehouse operations, English proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Must be able to understand, read, and write in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient using DMLSS or HIMS or other authorized databases for routine processes.
• Receive, ship, store, pick, pack, and inventory EXMEDS items.
• Perform quality control on transaction records and documentation.
• Research QA messages using DoD databases.
• Maintain accurate TOA/AMAL records and assist with disposal.
• Operate MHE and support warehouse maintenance and safety.
