Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Medical Materiel Specialist II for our Williamsburg, VA site to support the Navy EXMED mission. This role handles warehouse processes, receiving, packing, picking, and inventory using DMLSS/HIMS and other DoD systems.

Minimum 5 years in logistics or medical warehouse operations, a High School Diploma, and a valid Driver's license are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, with PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license.
• Must be able to understand, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of DMLSS/HIMS or other authorized databases for routine processes.
• Provide warehouse logistics support: receiving, shipping, storage, picking, packing, and inventory.
• Perform inventory control, stock adjustments, and disposal of excess or unserviceable material.
• Conduct quality control on transaction records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
