Job summary

Exit Factor is expanding its elite consulting team in Texas. You will work with small to mid-size business owners to increase profit, efficiency, and value, engage leads, and conduct 1:1 sessions using our proprietary VORTEx model.

We offer training, house leads, and an automation system, with the option to design your schedule and work remotely. This 1099 contractor role pays $60,000–$200,000+ with uncapped commissions and revenue share.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in business exit or sale, or senior leadership roles.
• Experience in business consulting or coaching and exit strategy/M&A exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and referral partners to develop new opportunities.
• Lead 1:1 consulting sessions using proprietary methods and frameworks.
• Provide value-added resources to support clients and coursework.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
