Job summary

Exit Factor is expanding its elite consulting team in Texas and seeking experienced business-minded professionals who want flexibility, leverage, and meaningful work as 1099 consultants. You will work with small to mid-sized business owners to increase profit, efficiency, and business value, often from a remote setting with local territory focus.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of senior leadership or exit/ M&A experience, plus a track record of consulting or coaching.

Qualifications

• Preferred related experience with business exit or sale, or 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in business consulting/coaching or exit strategy/M&A is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral networks with local business partners.
• Lead 1:1 client engagements using our framework and processes.
• Present value propositions via Zoom and in-person meetings as needed.
• Continuously develop pipeline with house leads and local outreach.
