Job summary

Exit Factor is expanding its elite consulting team in Texas. We are looking for experienced, business-minded professionals who want flexibility, leverage, and meaningful work, not another grind-it-out role.

You will work with small to medium-sized business owners to increase profit, efficiency, and value. You will engage with leads, convert them to clients, and conduct 1:1 sessions using our proprietary VORTEx model with training and house leads provided.

Qualifications

• Must have computer proficiency including Zoom presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new leads and convert them to clients.
• Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions using our proprietary VORTEx model.
• Provide value-added resources to our online curriculum.
