Job summary

Exit Factor is expanding its successful team and seeks experienced business coaches and consultants in Texas. You will engage with small to mid-sized business owners, conduct 1:1 sessions, and help clients increase profit, efficiency, and business value using our proven method.

This is a 1099 contract position with commission-based earnings and an average hourly rate around $200. You will work remotely with flexible scheduling and access an automated nurture system and training program to

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of business consulting or coaching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with Zoom presentations and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential Exit Factor members to discuss engagements.
• Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions following the Exit Factor system.
• Provide additional resources in our online curriculum to clients.
• Participate in initial training and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with Member Services to ensure top customer service.
