Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect rental information.
• Verify identity and vehicle details at the gate.
• Promote approved add-on items and explain terms to customers.
• Maintain security at the lot and monitor for theft or loss prevention.
• Assist customers with directions and resolve rental issues.
• Log and release vehicles during outages or when systems are unavailable.
