Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and complete rental information by scanning and verifying the rental agreement.
• Provide optional sales items while disclosing rates and terms of rental and obtaining signatures.
• Maintain location and company security measures to prevent theft and monitor the lot.
• Assist customers with directions and review and resolve rental/vehicle issues.
• Manually log and release vehicles from the lot during outages or unavailability.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.
