Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Sky Harbor Airport to provide friendly, efficient service during the rental car process and Emerald Aisle experiences. You will greet customers, verify documents and vehicle details, and offer refueling options while maintaining a neat booth and restocking supplies.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a pay rate of $17 per hour. Arizona availability and a strong focus on customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least 1 year of face to face customer service experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Friday - Monday 8:00am - 6:30pm.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for a customer service position at Sky Harbor position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option.
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image.
• Ensure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact and greet all customers.
• Thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary
• Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.
