Job summary

Access TCA is seeking a Project Manager to partner with Clients, Design, and Event Teams to oversee the production phase of assigned exhibits. You will serve as the hub for workflow, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction across multiple shows.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum five years in the exhibit or trade show industries.
• Minimum five years as a Project Manager or in operations management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret CAD (Computer-Aided-Design) drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point-of-contact for on-site supervisors with production questions.
• Review client schedules and align internal resources for efficient deliverables.
• Drive project production launch process and lead launch meetings.
• Approve construction drawings prior to production.
• Coordinate pre-show planning with client services and field supervisors.
