Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Creative Project Manager for an immediate, full-time, on-site role.

You will coordinate with account and creative teams to ensure projects meet client expectations, stay on budget, and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in tradeshows or experiential projects, strong CAD interpretation skills, and proficient MS Office abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in tradeshows, conferences or experiential PM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
• Ability and willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary on-site contact for production questions.
• Review client schedules and forecasts with internal teams.
• Lead production launches to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Facilitate production launch meetings with each department.
• Collaborate with detailing to approve CAD drawings for production.
• Manage client previews and design launch meetings.
• Participate in weekly client and planning calls.
• Oversee QA procedures for all deliverables.
• Work with estimating and accounts to identify potential cost savings.
• Manage production and scheduling of projects with minimal supervision.

Job description

Our Greater Boston area client is looking for a Creative Project Manager for an immediate full time hire; this role is onsite 5 days a week--you'll work with teams across Account and Creative to ensure projects' exceed client expectations, are on budget and on time. Looking for at least fives previous experience working with tradeshows or conferences, and previous experiential agency experience is a plus!

Day in the life:

• Be the primary point-of-contact for on-site supervisors with production-related questions on specific projects.
• Review client schedules and forecasts with internal teams
• Drive project production launch process to ensure timely and effective project launches.
• Lead the production launch meetings providing each department received the information needed to execute their portion of the project.
• Work with Detailing, and approving all construction drawings before actual production.
• Manage client previews as required and participate in design launch meetings.
• Participate in weekly client calls, client planning calls, etc.
• Oversee quality control process, administering quality assurance review procedures for all deliverables.
• Work closely with the estimating and account services teams to proactively identify and implement potential cost saving measures
• Manage the production and scheduling of projects both big and small with minimal supervision
