MSM Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our woman-owned experiential agency in the New York area.

The role focuses on meticulous inventory management, timely project execution, and close collaboration with project managers, designers, and installation crews to ensure flawless exhibit delivery for trade shows and events. You will interpret CAD drawings, manage shipping prep, and coordinate with internal teams to adapt to changing schedules while maintaining high standards for asset

Formación

• Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and interpret elevations.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory of client-owned assets and reconcile outbound shipments.
• Coordinate across design, graphics, and project management teams to ensure on-time setup.
• Assist staging, packing, and on-site installations with attention to safety and quality.
• Pack and protect properties for shipping, using proper materials.
• Use Microsoft Teams and project management tools to track tasks and asset status.
