Exhibitus, a leading exhibit design and experiential marketing company, seeks a Logistics Director to run our warehouse, drive accountability, and ensure efficient deployment of client properties. You will develop SOPs, supervise staff, manage shipments, track inventory, and collaborate with account managers to align with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving accountability.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics planning.
• Ability to analyze data, reports, and invoices to identify cost savings.
• Proven track record in creating and enforcing SOPs for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise warehouse personnel.
• Control and maintain warehouse equipment and materials.
• Supervise loading/receiving and inspect shipments.
• Produce damage and client inventory reports; maintain rental inventory; data for client inventory records.
• Maintain shipping records; verify shipments per packing lists.
• Input inventories and disposition of storage.
• Track labor per job and submit reports for billing.
• Measure, track, report SOPs; adjust procedures.
• Review vendor invoices.
• Maintain clean warehouse.
• Provide a safe working environment.
• Research new methods to improve department.
• Develop and implement strategic logistic planning for all projects.
• Coordinate logistic show planning with Account and Project Managers.
• Lead and be accountable for all aspects of the Logistic Center.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve performance of logistics processes.
• Manage inventory levels and accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Lead development, implementation, and review of logistics policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Production Manager for extra labor needs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Work after hours and weekends as needed to support schedules.
