Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Fitness Attendant to supervise the fitness center, onboard new members, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, member orientations, exercise guidance, and prompt resolution of guest concerns. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to posted hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Set up and clean fitness equipment and facility areas.
• Perform member orientations.
• Collaborate with members to write exercise prescriptions.
• Greet guests and explain programs and activities.
• Provide guidance on equipment usage.
• Report and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure rules compliance.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of front desk and surrounding areas.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
