Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, LLC is seeking a Fitness Attendant to supervise the fitness center, greet guests, and ensure a clean, safe environment while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct onboarding appointments, set up and maintain equipment, and assist members with orientations and exercise guidance.

This role requires punctuality and flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular reviews from a supervisor and opportunities to perform additional duties

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain programs and activities, and provide guidance on equipment usage
• Report and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas
• Attend all required meetings and trainings
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job description

The Fitness Attendant is responsible for the general supervision of the fitness center, ensuring all members receive onboarding appointments, keep a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
