Job Summary and Qualifications

To apply the plan of care for rehabilitation to meet the needs of in-patients and out-patients. The incumbent will reinforce principles of health promotion. The center serves adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for all phases of rehabilitation. The patient population most common will be: · Cardiac patients · Pulmonary patients · Diabetic patients · Apparently healthy individuals · Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree Required
