Job summary

Avalon Health Care Group in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Exercise Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our growing team. Full-time schedule is 8AM-4PM with a pay range of $19-$24.50 per hour, and local residency or relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience as CNA.
• Meet state and federal in-service education hours (12 hours).
• Must read/write English and follow directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass criminal background check and references.
• Experience with fitness instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to meet rehabilitation goals through exercise modalities.
• Manage and teach exercise activities to groups of residents.
• Interdepartmental communications within care team of both nursing and therapy.
• Documentation of resident exercise treatments.

Schedule: Full Time 8AM -4PM

Pay $19 - $24.50

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment with Avalon
• Must have one year experience working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
• Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in service education
• Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English.
• Recent education or clinical hours are required.
• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry
• Experience with fitness instruction is preferred
