Job summary

US Federal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Workflow Manager (TMT Coordinator) to support SAF/MR at Joint Base Andrews. You will manage tasking flows, correspondence, and executive communications to ensure leadership priorities are executed on time and in full compliance with Air Force standards.

This role requires a high-tempo environment, onsite at Joint Base Andrews, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and cross-Directorate coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in workflow management or executive support within a federal or DoD environment.
• AS Degree or higher.
• Active SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
• Experience with tasking systems such as TMT or similar workflow tools.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force or DoD correspondence standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting Headquarters Air Force or senior-level leadership offices.
• Familiarity with records management systems (e.g., AFRIMS).
• Ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, routing, tracking, and closure of all organizational taskings in the Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Monitor incoming actions daily and ensure tasks are assigned within 24 hours to the appropriate directorates or external stakeholders.
• Maintain full visibility of task status and coordinate follow-ups to ensure on-time completion.
• Compile and distribute weekly task summaries and develop executive status briefings for leadership review.
• Draft official correspondence and ensure materials meet Air Force standards.
