The Vineyards at Dodon is seeking an experienced General Manager & Winemaker to lead all facets of the farm and winery, including production, hospitality, sales, and branding. This senior role reports to the owners and focuses on sustainable practices, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive winery management experience.
• 5+ years of commercial winemaking leadership experience.
• Knowledge of winery compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision and annual business plan.
• Lead winemaking activities from vineyard through bottling and ensure quality.
• Oversee day-to-day winery operations, budgets, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and filings.
• Drive sales, marketing, brand development, and guest experiences.
• Oversee hospitality operations, wine club, and staff development.
