Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations including restaurant, bar, wine service, and events
• Mentor and develop restaurant, bar, and service staff
• Deliver personalized service to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Manage reservations, staffing, service flow, and guest satisfaction daily
• Maintain and enhance the wine program with list curation and cellar management
• Provide expert wine recommendations and staff education
• Monitor beverage costs, labor costs, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal wine experiences
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across dining areas
