Storm4 is seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead engineering strategy across a portfolio of data center campuses. This remote role requires travel and oversight of mechanical, electrical, cooling and critical power systems throughout concept to turnover.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, establish scalable standards, drive cost efficiency, reliability and sustainability, and partner with Construction, Development, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience in the data center industry
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and major capital programs
• Experience with hyperscale, cloud or AI infrastructure preferred
• Strong knowledge of data center mechanical, electrical, cooling, controls and critical power systems
• Ability to travel as required

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering strategy and technical governance across the portfolio.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Own data center design standards, technical roadmaps and stage-gate reviews.
• Develop standardized infrastructure solutions for hyperscale and high-density AI environments.
• Advance cooling, power and critical-infrastructure technologies, including liquid cooling.
• Provide engineering oversight throughout design, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Partner with Construction, Development, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Support customer engagement, technical proposals and major design decisions.
• Improve speed to market, cost efficiency, reliability and sustainability.
